Event Details
During this event you will hear Chicago's top recruiters discuss current opportunities for Booth alumni in their organizations. They will discuss how hiring executive talent has changed in the last 18 months and share specific strategies on how to land key roles in the current job market.
After the panel discussion you will have an opportunity to ask specific questions and network with other event participants.
Panelist Bios:
Jennifer Nichols, Abbott
Jennifer is an Executive Recruitment Leader with 18 years of expertise with a unique blend of retained search and corporate executiverecruitment. She is the creator of sourcing strategies that develop diverse slates of talent centered around key competencies that align with company culture. Jennifer joined Abbott in 2018. Her passion is matching great talent with finance leadership opportunities within Abbott. Jennifer hold a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior and Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern University.
Hannah Dean, Kellogg
Hannah Dean is a Talent Acquisition Advisor II at Kellogg Company. She also serves as the National Recruitment Lead on Kellogg's African American Resource Group (KAARG). Hannah focuses on Commercial Strategy, Insights & Analytics, Revenue Growth Management, Integrated Business Planning, and Quality recruitment efforts.
Cliff Mulnix, Allstate
Cliff is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in leading teams to develop and execute recruiting strategies. He is currently leading a talent acquisition team in the full-cycle recruitment for Allstate's innovation focused businesses. Cliff joined Allstate in 2018 after extensive experience managing the staffing function at a variety of technology-driven companies, including Bosch, Grainger, Zebra Technologies, and Baxter Healthcare. He also is a co-owner of EllaBonella Pie and Bake Shop in Barrington, IL. Cliff holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and is a Certified Behavioral Interviewing Instructor.
