How to Support Your Employee
There are two types of support you can provide an employee interested in Booth’s Executive MBA Program: time (required) and financial (optional).
Time (required)
Employers are required to provide the school with a letter acknowledging your employee’s enrollment in the program and your support for the time spent away from the workplace for class attendance.
Financial (optional)
It is not required that you contribute financially to your employee’s enrollment in the program, but many companies consider it an invaluable investment in their employee’s growth. To ensure your company is getting the best return on investment, you may consider outlining terms for financial support. Employers often establish a contractual lock-in period for employees, or arrange for the employee to take on enhanced responsibilities upon graduation.
