History tells us that many of you come to the GSB to send your career in a different direction. Linda Eunson, Director of Career Services, has arranged a panel of speakers who have done just that! They will highlight some of the pros and cons of making a significant mid-career change. This is a great opportunity to listen and learn from those who have successfully made the transition and to find out how they were able to leverage their transferable skills and follow their dreams.
The confirmed speakers are:
James Nesbitt '06, AXP5 - James moved from logistics (DHL) to treasury at JPMorgan
Darryl Chong '07, AXP6 - Darryl moved within his company, HP, from sales to finance
Steve Stine - Steve started out as a journalist and has reinvented himself at least 5 times since then and is now a principal at Heidrick & Struggles
Loh Hean Ho '07, AXP6 - Hean Ho moved from Cisco to management consulting at BCG
