We are delighted to have this year's Harper Lecturer join us the day after the DC Harper Lecture to tell us more about the Energy Policy Institute at Chicago (EPIC), a joint initiative between the Harris School of Public Policy and the Booth School of Business.
Professor Robert Rosner is the past Director of the Argonne National Laboratory. He is also the William E. Wrather Distinguished Service Professor, Departments of Astronomy and Astrophysics, and Physics, Enrico Fermi Institute, and the College; Senior Fellow, Computation Institute (CI). Together with Professor Robert Topel of Booth, Professor Rosner is Co-Director of EPIC, an interdisciplinary research and training institute focused on the economic and social consequences of energy policies.
