Angel Chow will create your unique zentangle art piece with you to show gratitude and share intention for 2025!

Angel CHOW has lived in multiple countries, experiencing various slow-living lifestyles firsthand. During her journey, she unfortunately endured a serious accident that left her with permanent scars and caused her to temporarily lose part of her memory. However, these experiences taught her to live in the moment and provided her with a new understanding and insight into life and art.

To enhance her artistic skills, Angel traveled to distant locations to obtain certifications in Zentangle, the Flower of Life, and Pastel Nagomi art instruction, becoming one of the first certified instructors to teach the H and J curricula developed by the founders. She also delved deeply into yoga, mindfulness, and singing bowl practices, earning relevant professional qualifications. She continues to advance her painting techniques and mind-body-spirit courses, aiming to convey positive energy through her teaching.

Angel excels at integrating art with craftsmanship, color psychology, and traditional Chinese elements like paper cutting and Hong Kong-style painting, making her classes vibrant, engaging, and diverse. In addition to art instruction, Angel has designed a series of activities centered on self-exploration, including color psychology, card workshops, and sound bowl sessions. She combines these various tools with mindfulness practices to guide participants in exploring their inner worlds and enhancing self-awareness.

Angel firmly believes that art is a powerful tool for healing the soul, capable of connecting people to their inner selves. She skillfully uses painting as a medium, blending positive thinking training with mindfulness practices, and upholds the philosophy of "Create Art, Heal Your Heart." She leads participants in exploring their inner selves through art, achieving relaxation and self-healing. Throughout life's journey, she accompanies others in learning to become "their own soul healers."

Angel possesses various professional qualifications as Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT#11) from the United States; Certified Instructor of Pastel Nagomi Art from Japan; Certified Muse Pastel Brush-Up Instructor from Japan; Instructor of "Balancing the Inner Self - Flower of Life" from Taiwan; Practitioner of Card Application Counseling from the International Association of Professional Counselors (IAPC); Certified Sound Bowl Healing Therapist recognized by the Yoga Alliance in the United States; RYT 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor from the Yoga Alliance in the United States.
