Event Details
As Event Support staff you will play a critical role in keeping the day organized and efficient!
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting volunteers, special guests, and media, scanning tickets for registration, and troubleshooting any registration issues
- Providing PPE to meal packing volunteers inside the Intrepid, and directing them towards their tables for orientation.
- Directing volunteers around the Intrepid as they enter and exit, and ensuring that museum attendees do not enter the meal packing area.
You must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and remember to bring sun protection, as you will be outdoors for most of this project.
