The 2018 Fall Exchange topic explores how women can develop political savvy and personal strategy in the workplace. Engage with peers on the topic of navigating political waters in the workplace and discuss how you can intentionally shape your authentic story to elevate your success. Light dinner is included, and Chicago Booth Professor Linda Ginzel's new book Choosing Leadership: A Workbook will be provided to every paid attendee.

Speaker Profiles
Lika Dutta (Speaker) '12
Startup Advisor and Growth Consultant
Lika Dutta has held executive and leadership roles with companies including Danaher, Fortive, and Siemens. She has over 15 years of experience in building innovative products and global brands through integrated marketing and sales execution. She is a skilled practitioner of Lean, Kaizen and Danaher Business System and has successfully used lean thinking to transform leadership, sales, and marketing.
As an engineer, Lika is passionate about technology. She is especially excited about innovations at the intersection of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence and its potential to enable a better world. Lika has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Caroline Goles (Speaker) '97
Director, Business Strategy, Microsoft
Caroline Goles is a senior sales & marketing executive with 15+ years of software industry experience, specializing in global go-to-market and connected sales-marketing strategies. Her portfolio includes leadership of global sales teams, as well as management postings in Japan and Asia. Her global travels nurtured a passion for the advancement of women in technology, particularly in developing and emerging nations, and an energetic confidence that the world will thrive with more women leaders. Off hours, you'll find Caroline marathon training, hiking or skiing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Caroline has an MBA from Chicago Booth and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-medical Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
Matthew Snow (Speaker) '11
Gloabl Alliances, Amazon Business
Matt Snow is the head of Partner Development for the Amazon Business Global Alliances team, where he works to improve customer experiences through technical, contractual and compliance-based integrations with third parties. Matt also led Amazon's industrial and scientific categories. Prior to Amazon, Matt managed P&Ls and was Director of Pricing Strategy for the Dow Chemical Company and consulted in the oil and gas sector for Accenture. Matt received in MBA from Chicago Booth and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
