Amer Iqbal (Speaker)
Head of Strategy, Deloitte Digital
Amer is the regional Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte Digital, based in Singapore. He uses techniques from startups, creative agencies and consulting to help organisations reimagine their future in a rapidly changing digital economy. He has 17 years' experience. Over the last three years Amer has helped to scale Deloitte Digital from the ground up to the leading digital creative consultancy in the region, helping numerous clients on their digital transformation journey. Previously he was General Manager & Head of Strategy at Deepend, Australia's largest independent Digital agency. He has also built several successful startups. Amer holds a degree in Computer Science as well as an MBA majoring in Marketing. He was a finalist for 2011 Young Executive of the Year and has been featured in numerous publications including Australian Financial Review, AdNews, B&T, and Contagious. Stephanie Simonnet (Speaker)
Chief Partnerships Distribution Officer, Prudential Singapore
Stephanie Simonnet is the Chief Partnerships Distribution Officer of Prudential Singapore, a position she has held since November 2014. She is responsible for the distribution of products and services through Prudential Singapore's bank and strategic partners. Stephanie has spent 21 years in Asia and her career includes extensive experience in both bancassurance and senior management roles. She has moved from back office to front office, from France to Hong Kong to Singapore where she manages key sales channel relationships including UOB and StanChart. Under Stephanie's able leadership, the bancassurance business has grown to become a significant contributor to Prudential. Beyond overseeing Prudential's bancassurance partnerships, Stephanie actively seeks opportunities to innovate and improve. She spearheaded the development of Fast Track Trade (FTT), Singapore's first digital trade platform for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) using blockchain technology. Launched in November 2017, FTT offers SMEs seamless access to insurance, financing, and trade services, and has been globally lauded.
