William Michael Cunningham is a Social Investing Advisor and an expert in Socially Responsible Investing. He works with pension fund
trustees, investment managers, investment analysts, community activists, government agencies and financial industry organizations to
create and implement social and community investing initiatives. Mr. Cunningham has strong computer technology skills, was an early
adopter to and expert on the Internet. He created his first company Internet site in 1994.

Marc Lane will discuss a recently passed Illinois law that will allow for-profit companies that primarily pursue social enterprise
goals to incorporate under a new form: as a a limited-liability, low-profit company or L3C. The "low-profit" terminology means that
the pursuit of profit is not the primary function of the company.
Marc J. Lane, JD is a business and tax attorney, a Master Registered Financial Planner, a Registered Financial Counselor and a
Certified Investment Specialist. He is the author of 32 books on corporate organization, management, taxation and personal finance to
include Profitable Socially Responsible Investing? An Institutional Investor's Guide, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, Advising
Entrepreneurs: Dynamic Strategies for Financial Growth, John Wiley and Sons, Legal Handbook for Nonprofit Organizations, American
Management Association, and Representing Corporate Officers and Directors, Aspen Publishing.
Mr. Lane is a nationally renowned attorney. Twice a recipient of the Illinois State Bar Association's Lincoln Award, Mr. Lane has
consistently earned an "AV" rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, the highest ranking awarded. Martindale-Hubbell, which
also includes him in its Bar Registry of Preeminent Attorneys, reports that he "embraces faithful adherence to ethical standards,
progressive reliability and diligence." Mr. Lane has been selected by his peers as a "Leading Illinois Attorney" and as an "Illinois

Reggie Stanley (Panelist)
Chief Marketing Officer, Calvert Group
Reggie Stanley is the Chief Marketing Officer and has led Calvert Group's marketing and product development initiatives for the past six years. Mr. Stanley has twenty-five years of experience in investment, economic development and entrepreneurial businesses. Prior to Calvert he served as President of Boston Community Managed Assets and Chief Operating Officer of its CDFI holding company, Boston Community Capital (BCC). He joined BCC after spending seven years and holding several leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, including Vice President of High Net Worth Marketing and Customer Development and E-Commerce. He has worked at the consulting firms of Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, as well as served on several community and nonprofit boards aimed at civil justice, economic development, equality and quality of life issues. His current board affiliations include: The Social Investment Forum, Echoing Green, Shared Interest, Doorways to Dreams. Mr. Stanley is a recent fellow of the Southern Africa/United States Center for Leadership and Public Values. He earned his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
