We are delighted to announce the fourth event of the "Chicago Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum Japan" (CHIEF-J). This time we are honored to have as the guest speaker, Mr. Sorato Ijichi, one of Japan's most admirable young serial entrepreneurs and founder and CEO of creww, which is Japan's largest platform to accelerate collaboration between large corporations and startups.

Following Mr. Ijichi's presentation, Tatsunori Onitake, '10 (AXP-9) will host an active discussion session with Mr.Ijichi concentrating on how to construct a startup eco-system in Japan.

In addition, a Business plan presentation by Booth alumni will be arranged. Our distinguished first speaker is Alan Acosta, '08 (AXP-7), who is the co-owner and executive director of Workshift Solutions. Mr. Acosta will present a narrative of his new challenging "Global Cloud Sourcing".

CEO, Creww

Moved to U.S. when he was 16 year's old. Launched four startups, two in Japan, one in U.S., and one in the Philippines. Started a web marketing company when he was an undergrad at the University of California, supported web strategies for over 600 companies including Fox. Successfully sold a web shopping mall, which he launched in 2009, to a large video distribution company. Launched an off-shore development company in the Philippines and sequentially started creww as a project, which was incorporated in 2012. Now he holds the CEO position for creww.

Recent winner of the Japan Entrepreneur Association Award for "most promising business idea". Received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2008.
