The Booth community will staff tables at mile 21 in Chinatown, passing out items to the runners and cheering them on. Afterwards, we will enjoy a meal at Chinatown classic MingHin.

Event Details
If you've never attended the marathon, this is a must do. If you've attended before, you don't need any convincing. The marathon is Chicago at its best.
We have three options
Update: all volunteer slots are sold out. However, we are still welcoming folks to spectate near our volunteer table and then join us at MingHin for brunch.
- Group 1 will volunteer from 8:30am to 1pm, and then enjoy a communal meal in a private room at MingHin. The cost is $60/person, which will cover food, tax, and gratuity. Drinks will be pay-as-you-go.
- Group 2 will volunteer from 8:30am to 1pm. This option is free.
- Group 3 will volunteer from 7:30am to 3pm. This option is free. Lunch will be brought to us at the volunteer tables.
- Group 4 will join us for a communal meal in a private room at MingHin.The cost is $60/person, which will cover food, tax, and gratuity. Drinks will be pay-as-you-go. If you are so inclined, we highly recommend coming by to spectate near our volunteer table before brunch. The world's best runner should be coming by our table at 9am, but there will be a steady stream of runners (who travel to Chicago from all over the world) thru 1pm. If you register for Group 4, you will not need to register directly with the marathon as a volunteer. Registration for this Group ends at 5pm on October 11th.
All volunteers will receive (for free) a marathon-branded jacket and hat that can be worn while volunteering.
The event is open to the entire Booth community. Feel free to invite a friend.
Our volunteer tables are located at Cermak and Archer, which is the same corner that MingHin is on.
