I’m looking forward to formalizing skills that are essential to leading impact organizations strategically toward operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and impact scalability. Specifically, I hope to deepen my fluency in quantitative analysis, financial planning, operations, and leadership development.
I am passionate about developing equitable and sustainable solutions to poverty via cultivating dignified employment and market access for under-resourced communities. I aspire to not only implement existing workforce development models, but to also expand their scope to more feasibly address the broader social, physical, and emotional realities affecting the communities they serve.
Working cross-culturally, I’ve seen how diverse perspectives and collaboration are crucial for inspiring creative solutions to complex social challenges. I’m particularly excited about the opportunity to learn from students from various personal and professional backgrounds. Booth’s culture of curiosity and critical thinking will equip me to not only learn key concepts, but to adapt them to the evolving challenges I’ll face throughout my career.
