Open to all Full-Time, Evening, and Weekend MBA students who wish to better understand their positioning as allies, allyship programs include workshops on the “isms” that exist in our society, workplaces, and institutions as they relate to race, gender, and sexuality.
For members of the Booth queer MBA community who prefer to gather in more casual settings, the student-run group OUTreach holds intimate get-togethers throughout the year.

The Booth MBA community marks National Coming Out Day each fall with a panel discussion featuring Boothies sharing their stories of coming out, acceptance, struggle, and success. In addition, students, faculty, and staff are invited to sign a pledge to serve as allies to the LGBTQ community. Hundreds of signatures are collected each year.
At this annual event, Booth MBA students perform in drag and compete for the crown. Sponsored by the student-run group OUTreach, Pink Party is a great opportunity to bond with Booth’s LGBTQ community.
Each spring, the University of Chicago’s Office of LGBTQ Student Life celebrates the achievements of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and ally graduates from across the university.

Booth Pride offers learning and career-development opportunities for LGBTQ students in the Evening and Weekend MBA Programs.
