A Legacy of Impact

In 1970, MBA students at Chicago Booth (then called the Graduate School of Business) came together and organized the first two-day conference addressing issues relevant to Black MBA students.

More than 50 years later, that conference has grown into a national association—the National Black MBA Association—creating educational experiences and economic growth for Blacks by increasing awareness of graduate management programs and opportunities in management fields.
