The Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation works with UChicago researchers whose ideas have potential for social impact.
We provide them with critical resources to propel those ideas from academia to market.
We provide them with critical resources to propel those ideas from academia to market.
Through sustained coaching and other resources, the center supports faculty entrepreneurs who want to scale their research-backed ventures—whether that means creating a nonprofit, monetizing data to sustain high-impact research, or bringing a product to market.
In addition to coaching and support, the Rustandy Center provides financial and other resources to help researchers in the earliest stages of launching businesses—including market feasibility studies, customer discovery, and technical help.
Are you a UChicago faculty member interested in bringing your social impact ideas to market? We’d love to hear from you.
