On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School) joined the Roman Family Center for Decision Research to present her Think Better talk, "Right Kind of Wrong: Thriving in an Uncertain World."

Drawing on both research and real-world examples, Edmondson provided a novel way of thinking about failure and practical tips for learning from missteps.
