Mindworks is a working laboratory and interactive discovery center that welcomes the public to participate in—and learn about—behavioral science research, findings, and real-world applications.
We have two primary goals: to increase the number and diversity of participants in research studies, and to show people how insights from behavioral science can help them understand and improve their lives.
Mindworks only works with your participation. Every new participant helps test our research hypotheses and contributes to paving new pathways for future studies, each designed to expand the frontiers of knowledge.

Mindworks and WBEZ Present: Science Friday Live in Chicago

The University of Chicago's Linda Waite joined to explore the health and psychological benefits of social connection for seniors, and Viorica Marian (Northwestern) shared the cognitive and social benefits of speaking multiple languages.
