There’s a lot of academic and school-related events that you can go to. There’s the student-to-student networking, all those seminars on finding your next job. Those are wonderful. And I’ve attended a lot of those too, but some of my favorite events have been the ones that are more social in nature.

The first time I think that I really just kind of let loose with some of my classmates was at the Booth Cubs game. It was a beautiful day, everyone was together, you’re meeting their significant others and their best friends, and we all went out afterward. It was a blast. So, that was a big event.

I’ve done the Winter Formal every year, and that’s a whole other way to view your classmates, right? You’re all gussied up. You’re in your long dresses, and the men are in tuxes and they clean up well. It’s just another fun way to experience the Booth community.
Career Changes While at Booth
I transitioned from an advertising agency to a new job in brand management at Clorox. With my new job came increased responsibility and a higher salary.
Favorite Professor
Gunter Hitsch, professor of marketing and his class Data-Driven Marketing.
What Surprised You Most About Booth?
The diversity and friendliness of my classmates. I had a certain expectation for what a Booth student might look like, but people had so many different types of professional and personal backgrounds.
Student Group
