- I try to push myself
outside of my comfort zone

as much as possible here at Booth.

- I think that's why I
came to business school:

to be challenged.

- This year, I led the Tech Trek,

which is a group of 60
students going to Seattle

and the Bay area.

That was really something
that I'd never done before,

and that was a great experience.

- I signed up for the LEAD Practicum,

where we had to give
impromptu speeches every week,

and then video record
ourselves and watch them

and analyze our videos.

- I don't really like
presenting in front of people,

it's not my forte, but through
GBC and also other groups,

I've gotten the chance to really
push myself on that front.

- Definitely being on camera right now,

is probably one of the
things have pushed me out,

I've never been,

and this is actually a
fantastic experience.

- I acted and wrote and directed

in our Follies comedy shows.

- I've taken courses in decision
modeling and data science,

that have pushed me to code in languages

that I did not know before.

- I will say I'm also not the best

at entering new social situations

where I don't know anyone yet.

So for me, that was a
really great opportunity

to meet new people, who are
now I think, lifelong friends,

and that's an amazing
part of business school:

you get to go outside your comfort zone

and really develop relationships
that are meaningful.
