Previously serving as co-president and global co-head of corporate finance, Adelson has dedicated his career to helping companies around the globe identify strategic opportunities and achieve their full potential. His leadership blends deep expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that Houlihan Lokey remains at the forefront of financial advisory services.

Adelson earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
