Betsy Sobiech

Biography

Betsy Sobiech is a leadership development strategist with a background in organization development, change management, learning experience design, systems thinking, team effectiveness, and interpersonal communications. 

Betsy brings 20+ years of experience as a strategist and consultant across industries such as tech, manufacturing, automotive, law, education and non-profit.

Betsy currently is Director of Customer Success for a recently acquired SaaS platform dedicated to bringing effective, behavioral-science-based leadership practices to front line workers. As part of the leadership team, she is committed to the learning & leadership outcomes of every customer -- and the success of the enterprise. 

In addition Betsy led the team bringing LEAD to part-time students remotely during COVID. Sobiech is a founding partner of ClearSpace, LLC and Tiara International LLC. 

Betsy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Religion from Truman State University and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago.

From her home base on the west side of Chicago, yet is connected to a global community of leadership and learning practitioner-scholars committed to human development.
