Swati Bharteey-Buck

Biography

Swati Bharteey-Buck is co-founder of LeaderStages LLC, and her thirty years of business experience includes executive coaching, high-impact leadership programs, intercultural awareness, and people strategy.       

Her executive level positions at well-respected companies such as General Electric, The William Wrigley Jr. Company, and Deloitte, have ranged from general management and corporate strategy to culture change and the design and implementation of on-time, in-budget, global initiatives. Swati has held executive level positions in global human resources, consulting, information technology, and corporate strategy.    

Swati holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business ('95).  

Swati is also deeply committed to giving back to her community and coaches the Executive Directors and key leaders of numerous  non-profits focused on improving access to services and education for disadvantaged populations. Swati also speaks and teaches on the topic of Inclusion and has been featured in various panels and courses.   

Swati is currently working on a women's fiction novel.
