Assistant Professor of Finance
Leland Bybee studies machine learning and natural language processing to address key questions in economics and finance. His current focus is on developing measures of beliefs with applications to asset pricing and behavioral economics.
Before pursuing a PhD at Yale School of Management in financial economics, he was a researcher at Booth. Additionally, he received a master’s degree in statistics from the University of Michigan, and an undergraduate degree in economics at the University of Chicago.
