Dipul Patadia

Global Lead, Health System Strategy and Innovation, Salesforce

Dr. Patadia is a transformational physician executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, bringing a wealth of experience as a practicing clinician and healthcare executive.

He is currently the Head of Health System Strategy and Innovation at Salesforce where he aids in contextualizing health systems’ needs with new and existing technology capabilities. Before joining Salesforce, Patadia came from Ascension and Advocate Health where he served as a Chief Medical Officer, leading clinical initiatives, and operations for two of its high-acuity hospitals. He has been instrumental in facilitating digital transformation, growing specialty service lines, improving quality outcomes, and designing innovative value-based care strategies.

He has also served as the President of DuPage Emergency Physicians and has been a trusted advisor to venture capital companies and healthcare startups. His niche areas of expertise include digital innovation, new care-model delivery systems, virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and provider-focused AI solutions. Dr. Patadia received his bachelor’s in finance from the University of Illinois and his medical doctorate from the UIC College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Christ Medical Center and received his master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management. He was the recipient of the Gold Humanism in Medicine and has received several awards for his leadership in Safety and Quality.

Dr. Patadia lives in Chicago with his wife and 2 kids and loves to exercise, travel, play golf, philosophize, and tell terrible dad jokes.
