Advanced Management Program
When individuals feel empowered to utilize their intellect at work, when their contributions are valued by their superiors, and when they are directed on objectives rather than methods—essentially, when smart people are acknowledged and treated as such—they find greater satisfaction in their roles, think more innovatively and creatively, and generate more ideas."
—Lucia Annunzio, program faculty director
The champions of today’s business world are those who tap into their belief systems and operate in ways that are authentic and genuine. When leaders are true to their values, they are able to confront challenges, embrace conflict, and tackle tough conversations. Regardless of whether their teams are located in one office or distributed around the globe, they attract a community of followers and give rise to a superior level of performance and an environment that’s consistently engaged and innovative.
Through this program, you will learn the behaviors, attributes, and techniques to build performance into your organization.
By attending, you will:
- Understand the attributes that build—or destroy—a high-performance culture.
- Tap into the collective brainpower of top performers.

It’s a game changer course on how to conduct team calls (and I attended several courses on influencing and communication). What I really liked about Susan Lucia Annunzio’s course is that she dives into the behavior and psychology part of team dynamics – and uses cases to force ourselves to look at the mirror.

Susan Lucia Annunzio gave us useful tools to empower performance and reinforced them over and over. I am now able to mentor others to follow suit...If you want to build a positive, high-performance environment where your team members feel empowered, Booth’s Leading High-Performance Organizations is a great program to take.
—Charmaine Tidmarsh, Manager, Mother's Choice
I enjoyed [Susan Lucia Annunzio's program] very much, as she had a wealth of experience to share from her work with many senior executives in a wide range of organizations. It was beyond textbook and she was able to give practical examples...I have already been telling others about the program and how highly I recommend it.
