Please join us for an Argentine asado (BBQ) including a cordero patagónico (an entire roast lamb Patagonian style), asado de tira (short ribs), home made chorizo sausages, sweet breads and other carnivore delights... and yes, we'll have hot dogs for the kids. Please bring a bottle of red wine (preferrable an Argentine malbec) and a salad or/desert.

Where

Waltner Farms
16321 Jordan Road
Arlington, Washington

Driving Directions:

Our farm is located half-way between Granite Falls and Arlington. The easiest way to get there is via I-5 North to Everett, then head east on US-2 to Lake Stevens via SR-204 onto Route 9 North and then SR-92 East to Granite Falls. Just before Granite Falls take a left onto the Jordan Road. The farm is on the eastside of the road just after coming down a small hill about 6 miles out from Granite Falls.  Proceed about 1/2 mile into the property across a stream and up a steep hill (Priuses might not make it!) at the crest of the hill, you will see our barn and the BBQ.

Alternatively, coming from the north, one can exit at Arlington and take the Jordan road south to the farm, which is a very scenic drive.
