Campus Continuum is developing a network 55+ Active Adult Communities tightly integrated with colleges. Residents have access to the programs and facilities of the academic host institution, and are encouraged to volunteer on and off campus. Gerard has over 30 years experience as a marketing strategy consultant. He was president of PIMS Associates, a research and consulting consortium among 300 major corporations worldwide, spun off from the Harvard Business School. He founded a consumer catalog with the highest average order size of any in the US. Earlier he was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Gerard has an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS from NYU.
