The Entrepreneur's Advisory Group roundtable event is set for Wednesday, January 12th (moved from the previously announced January 13th). The roundtable leader will be RJ Dourney, a well known Boston entrepreneur and the CEO, Founder of Hearthstone Associates. His executive experience prior to Hearthstone includes overseeing Applebee’s $3 billion North America operations and leading Au Bon Pain’s domestic and international operations. A graduate of Villanova University, RJ is a frequent radio talk show guest and a university level guest lecturer on subjects ranging across entrepreneurial leadership, restaurant culinary trends, and franchising.
Hearthstone Associates is a privately held company founded in 2005 with the purchase of three Cosi bakery café locations which have quickly grown to sixteen locations across New England. Developing up to four new urban, healthier alternative Cosi units a year, Hearthstone is now the largest Cosi franchisee. Hearthstone also owns The Cube, an investment vehicle directed toward the development of national urban concepts.
