Career plans: I plan to work in consulting in Toronto and international development in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Why did you choose Chicago Booth? I wanted to transition from investment management to consulting in order to broaden my skillset before pursuing my long-term career goal of going into international development. I love working in emerging markets and believe Booth will give me the best tools available in order to pursue my dream.
Use three adjectives to describe your experience at Chicago Booth: Phenomenal, time management, and fear of missing out.
What do you consider a "must visit" place of "must do" activity in Chicago? The Wicker Park restaurant crawl, grilling on the rooftop deck in the MDA building where I live, watching summer thunderstorms roll by from a tall building in the South Loop, Lao Sichuan Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, GT Oyster House in River North, coffee shops in the West Loop.
Ask me about...: Working as an expat in an emerging market to which you have no ties, and experiencing both culture shock and reverse culture shock.
