Alumni have the opportunity to engage with current students by offering their knowledge and experience at unique events and programming. Volunteer to be a speaker, host an intimate breakfast, be interviewed for a newspaper article or support students in the career exploration process. Participation not only provides an opportunity to build the Chicago Booth community, but creates a valuable exchange between students and alumni. Alumni Breakfast Series Speaker
The Alumni Breakfast Series provides an intimate and comfortable setting where Chicago Booth alumni from a wide variety of fields share their career and life experiences with students of all programs. Alumni provide valuable advice in helping shape students' career paths and optimizing their experience at Chicago Booth. Support Student's Career Preparation
Alumni play a key role in supporting students as they prepare for their careers. You can share the insights you've learned and experiences you've gained as you've pursued your own career.
- Participate in industry panels, speaking opportunities, or networking events where you can share your career background and expertise on your industry, function, and general career advice with an audience
- Provide coaching and/or mentoring to current students on resume, interview preparation, or general career coaching and industry/functional advice to current students
- Participate in Career Services publications and share your story and perspective in CareerCast (a podcast series), or a campus newsletter
