Our Mission: Women Empowering Women for Professional Success

Our Vision: The Chicago Booth Women’s Network strives to help women in business confidently navigate their career paths and overcome challenges unique to women in the workplace. We offer inclusive and inspiring engagement opportunities and social gatherings designed to encourage the exchange of ideas, insights, and personal journeys. We are a global community of Booth women empowering each other for continued professional success.

Led by a team of alumnae volunteers, the Chicago Booth Women’s Network is the global network for all female graduates of Chicago Booth, regardless of program or graduation year. As of November 2020, we connect over 12,000 members living across six continents, and are recognized as one of the most active Booth alumni groups.
